Laika Cheesecake and Espresso

Liaka Cheesecake and Espresso is a newer edition to New Braunfels. It's a small, San Antonio based chain. Essentially, it's a coffee shop that sells cheesecake instead of pastries, but when I say they sell cheesecake, I mean they sell a HUGE variety of awesome cheesecake. It doesn't look like a great place for remote work, I may review it later, but it has food if you're hungry. I didn't see any specialty drinks so I got a pistachio latte today. It was good, but I love it when they do a creative drink here. Hopefully I'll see ...
