New Braunfels Remote Worker

  Kora Kora is a must try coffee shop in New Braunfels. The Shop itself is beautifully decorated and very calming. The hip coffee shop vibes are very much on point. They play lovely, soft music, and the coffee is very very good. It's a place that was obviously designed for remote workers. Overall, it's a great place to sit and get some work done.   Coffee: I had an awesome iced latte here. The menu is fairly straightforward. They have all of the classic coffee shop drinks,  but I've found that if you talk to the employees and ask for some recommendations, they can create something you'll love. The coffee is on the expensive side, but I didn't regret paying for the latte I got. It was so good.  Food: They have the normal pastries here along with breakfast tacos and avocado toast and a few other things.     Privacy: You get the normal privacy you get at a coffee shop. Hatch Cafe and Bakery is located in a charming old house in downtown Bulverde. The friendly staff and relaxing ambiance give this place a homey vibe. They have 2 indoor seating areas and 2 nice porch areas to sit in. They have many breakfast options and a bunch of specialty lattes. The area feels like a quiet small town. It's a very nice place to sit and work. The only cons for me are that there aren't really any outlets to plug in to and the wifi doesn't reach outside very well.  I make it out to this place about once a month. Although it's fairly close to San Antonio and New Braunfels, when I come out here I always feel like I'm getting out of the city.  Coffee: Good coffee with lots of speciality options to compliment the classics.   Food: They have a nice breakfast option called the "Hatch Breakfast" that you should try if you want a full breakfast.   The Mess Around is a small cafe located on the roundabout in downtown New Braunfels. It's lightly New Orleans themed and has a pleasant atmosphere. It's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The building is older which gives it a lot of charm. The staff is friendly. as well.  Coffee: The coffee is high quality. They have several speciality drinks along with the classics.   Food: They have a full breakfast and lunch menu. They have some New Orleans/Southern style items, classic fare and some south Texas influence.    Privacy: I sat on the porch and there was no one near me.   Restroom: Available and clean.       Available seating: The indoor seating is limited and it's set up as a bunch of booths.
