Betty Lou FM-1102
Update 6-3-25: This Betty Lou Location is closing . I'm really quite sad about it, as this was a great spot to sit and get some work done with a great drink. I should have supported them more when I had the chance :(. They still have their coffee trailer on Landa St. I need to go back and take more pictures, but I wanted to quickly talk about the new location of Betty Lou Coffee at 5441 FM 1102. This location, out on the edge of town, has a relaxing atmosphere, cheerful employees, and an excellent selection of drinks. If you want to feel like you're getting out of town, but don't want to go too far, this is the place. Coffee: They have several specialty lattes, which I love. Last time I got the Nutty Betty (pistachio latte). It was great. The coffee they use is excellent, and they make their own syrups.
